  • Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns before we begin—we want to keep you safe and comfortable throughout your visit.
  • While we’ll do our best to ease any discomfort, we cannot provide medical care. For nail or scalp conditions, we recommend consulting a licensed professional.
  • No-shows and last-minute changes (less than 1 hour before your appointment) may result in a small fee.

We understand—plans change, life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a quick call or message. A little notice helps us accommodate others and manage our schedule efficiently.

  • For group bookings (3 or more guests), we ask for a small deposit to secure your spot.
  • If you cancel at least 3 hours in advance, your deposit is fully refundable or can be applied to a future visit.
  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of your appointment are non-refundable—we appreciate your understanding.

Running Late?

  • Things come up! If you're running behind, just give us a call. We’ll do our best to make it work without affecting other appointments.
